It's cold outside

The temperatures are not rising fast enough for us so we thought we would share our pattern for a super quick knitted cable hat. We knit this has with one ball Lana Grande on size 15 needles. The hat can be knit flat or in the round, but we found that when working with needles this large it is much easier to knit the hat flat and then seam it up when you are finished. Since the hat is knit with such large yarn and needles you should be able to complete it in just under two hours.
Warm Winter Cable Hat

Materials:
1 ball Lana Grande
1 pair US15 straight needles or 1 set US15 double pointed needles
1 cable needle
Tapestry needle to sew up the seam

This hat is very stretchy so it will fit almost any adult head. The difference in the two sizes is one cable repeat which compensates for the difference between a man and a woman’s head.
